- Welch
Village Ski Area Welch Village really has the best layout. There is 38 trails all differing styles of terrain. There is powder, groomed, moguls, steep, and flat runs. All abilities can absolutely have a nice time. There is 2 halfpipes and 2 terrain parks. There is always room for tons of people and you really can improve a lot of your moves here. Rails, boxes and a good size double takeoff jump with the best landing pad are some things you can experience here. There are a couple delicious restaurants nearby. The luxury of this place is all you need to want to stay.
Welch has a ski school and a rental shop for anyone interested. Prices are reasonable and they have packages available also. The rental equipment is top of the line. For boarders they have a board room. Here they can answer any questions you might have. They just remodeled the Chalet. Here is a lodge style place to get cozy and warm while you take a break. Food and bathrooms can be found here. You will find Welch to be a little more pricy but you will find the facilities to be a little better. Ski Welch!
