  Bittersweet Ski Area

website: Bittersweet Ski Area
- Bittersweet Ski Area
This ski resort was made for beginners. Expert skiers practice here or keep on driving. This resort has its advantages because its close and cheap. The tickets, rentals, and lessons are all very affordable. With only 8 chairlifts things can get backed up here. Most people that come here are learning so be aware that beginners are more than half of the people on the mountain. There is a terrain park for anyone that might be interested. This mountain is open longer than most others also.

Even though they don’t provide more lifts the ones that they have are quick and very efficient. They really cart people up the mountain this way. If I had to name one downfall it would be that the terrain can be icy at times.

The grooming systems are not the best so definitely it could use some work. The staff at this resort is really trying to make the mountain the best. Every year it seems that there is tremendous change into cleaning it up. The lodge is also nice and has everything you need.

  • Other Features:
    • Terrain Park
    • Fun atmosphere
