  Apple Mountain Ski Area

website: Apple Mountain Ski Area
- Apple Mountain Ski Area
A very small resort but yet an exciting one. You can still get some good skiing/boarding in at this resort. It is really aimed for beginners and intermediate skiers. The halfpipe and the terrain park are fun but you might want to watch out sometimes it tends to be a little icy. Even though the terrain doesn’t exceed more than 50 acres, sometimes smaller is better. You can get more bang for your buck at Apple Mountain.

The service is really what makes you not want to leave this resort. The staff are so friendly. There are rentals, ski school, and ski patrol. With a quad lift to get people up the mountain as fast as possible this resort is making some changes in trying to improve the resort. There is a full service bar and a ski lounge this is the place to take a break after a long morning of skiing/boarding. For any of you avid skiers out there they do offer night skiing if anyone is interested.

  • Other Features:
    • Half Pipe & All Terrain Park
    • Ski Lounge
    • Night Skiing
