  Sun Valley Ski Resort

website: Sun Valley Ski Resort
- Sun Valley Ski Resort
About two and a half hours from Boise, there lay this beautiful world class ski resort. Sun Valley is a classy world famous ski resort that has been a favorite for many years. It actually has two mountains and over 2000 acres of skiing terrain. This very exciting and fast paced ski resort does not have many trees, but instead has many bowls There are tons of bars and restaurants to please all.

Prices are very high at Sun Valley so if you are not into chic lifestyle this is probably not the ski resort for you. It is designed for the rich, so for students this is a pricey area to go to. The slopes are good but not much to offer snowboarders since there are no park. It is also not designed for beginners. Overall this resort has good and bad features. As a skier you might want to check it out since it is known as one of the best.

  • Other Features:
    • No Terrain Park
    • Half Pipe
    • Beautiful Back Country
