Skiing at Mt. Baldy - This resort is what skiing should be like. This resort is friendly and small, yet it still offers great days. Most people aren’t interested in this place because it is so small. This place offers a lot for every type of skier. The staff were friendly, the food much cheaper than other Southern California resorts, and Baldy has an atmosphere like no other. The lifts are alright. That is the biggest complaint that this place looks a little old and maybe it’s not well taken care of. The lodge offers cabins for people to sleep.

They are moving up in the block. The slopes are quite steep. The terrain is awesome. It is a bit powdery. They did offer a few terrain features and 2 jumps as well as a small half pipe. When I went, I think that is was a little too much for the beginner/intermediate skier. There were a couple of slope that were beginners.
