Ski Snowboard - Sunrise Park Ski Area
Arizona has some fine ski resorts and this is one of the bigger ones. There are over 60 trails for all skiers. The terrain here is smoking specially on a hot day. This resorts rate is a little low due to the fact that the staff is a little unfriendly. It is ran by an Indian reservation. Skiers do not really like to be messed with and they kind of mess with you here. The terrain park is alright It could use a little TLC. Even though this resort is the biggest they should spend some time and money into fixing it.
When the storm hits hard is the time to hit up Sunrise Park ski resort. On a powder day Sunrise Park really opens up. There is a lodge, ski school, rental shop, terrain park and ski patrol, all of the features to provide customer satisfaction. The lift lines are short so be prepared to still get a full day of skiing/boarding.
