This is the best resort near Ottawa. Although smaller than the other resorts in Quebec, it offers that small town feel which is very comfortable. The prices are reasonable comparing to the other ones we have seen.
The mountains in Sainte Marie are not the most challenging but that means there are not that many people. Young and old alike can enjoy this mountain and be sure that the staff will take of their needs. There are programs for kids and adults so everybody will learn how to be a good skier. Again since it is the only mountain near Ottawa, it can be attractive for many. Don’t go out of your way to visit this mountain if you are not in the area.
