snowboarding BC Coast - Mount Seymour Ski Resort
This is really a fun resort with so much to do. The beauty will drive you here anyday. It is absolutly stunning here and you cant miss out on it. There is great skiing that can be done here with over 600 acres of skiing. This resort also has 2 huge Terrain Parks. This resort is really known for there cross country skiing. There is 80 km of skiing that can make you become a wonderful skier. This resort seems to get tons of snow for most of the winter.

The lift lines here tend to be a lot longer. This resort is really known for its back country skiing. This might be a little harder to get to with all the ski patrol patrolling all the time. This is a great resort to learn to ski or snowboard. The food and staff, and value is what really makes this resort a mind blowing experience. Quite a few runs for the beginners and great runs for imtermediates. Very great ski runs but it just takes quite a while to drive up there.

  • Other Features:
    • 2 Terrain Parks
    • 80km of Cross Country Skiing
    • Great Prices

Mt. Seymour- has plenty to offer other than great family skiing and snowboarding. Located a half hour drive from downtown Vancouver, Seymour offers great machine groomed runs for all abilities, extensive backcountry touring access, night skiing, snowshoeing trails and a snow tube park and toboggan area. Be sure to stay inbounds though unless you are experienced with the out of bounds terrain as it is quite easy to get lost once you are past boundary lines. George

Skiing Seymour - Conditions here have been sketchy over the last few years, but Seymour is doing all it can to get back some of the market share it has lost to Grouse and Cypress. What's great about Seymour is that if skiiing or snowboarding are not your thing (how can it not be!?), there's great snowshoeing in the area as well. Snowshoeing to the peak is an activity that should only be done by experienced snowshoers, but for those with less experience, a nice trek to Dog Mountain (an offpeak of Seymour) is great. For amazing views of Vancouver, do the Dog Mountain snowshoe at night! Darren

Skiing Mt. Seymour-Seymour is a superb ski hill for beginners and who want to learn to ski or snowboard from well qualified instructors. The staff are excellent and will go out of their way to help you if need be. The lifts are a little old, but that adds to the charm of the mountain. Best part, seasons passes are very cheap so even if you don't get out a lot, its still a great bargain. Alan
