Skiing at Sun Peaks - This is the 2nd biggest ski area in BC, next to
Whistler, so be prepared to spend more than a few
afternoons carving the amazing snow this mountain
seems to get. When I was there on opening day last
November, there was a huge marriage ceremony. By all
accounts, the owners are really trying to make Sun
Peaks THE place to ski. Kamloops is notorious for its
parties, so be prepared to spend the night cause no
one drives after a day (and night) at Sun Peaks. Darren |
