Kicking Horse mountain resort Ski Snowboard BC - Kicking Horse Mountain
Kicking Horse ski resort has the seconed most vertical drop in Canada. There is also great tree runs and back country skiing, but be careful and make sure you are with someone that knows what they are doing. Kicking Horse mountain is very challenging and fun, is the best way to explain it. Everyone that comes here seems to enjoy there time here. The view here is great, not as good as it is at Fernie, but its still impeccable.

There are many hotels and different types of lodging available near kicking Horse ski resort. There are some bars and wonderful places to dine. Lift lines are always short.

  • Other Features:
    • Terrain Park
    • 1 Cable Car
    • #2 most vertical in Canada

Snowboarding at Kicking Horse - This is one of the best ski resorts for challenging powder runs. When i went there was hardly anyone on the mountain, so I was able to find powder a couple of days old. The back-country is amazing!!! Dave Larsen 06
