Fernie Alpine Ski Resort Ski Snowboard BC - Fernie Alpine Ski Resort
Scenery, that is one word that describes this beautiful ski resort. Fernie Alpine ski resort offers an amazing view that you get while skiing this amazing mountain. There are bowls for intermediate skiers and at the bottom of the mountain is great for beginners. Powder days are the coolest days here, with short lift lines over 2500 skiable acres.

There are great ski instructors who truly know what they are doing. The lodge is spacious and it is really nice. This is a great break place even if it is not lunch time to hang out at. Nearby there are 8 restaurants and you can even get Starbucks! The neighboring town is a great place to getaway at night when the resorts are closed up.

You will feel awesome when you ski at this ski resort. Ski Fernie Alpine Ski Reosort!

Snowboarding at Fernie - Poweder Rules!! Anyone who likes back-counrty boarding or lots of deep powder, Fernie is the place to go. The bowls here are just amazing, just full of powder and with short lift lines there was hardly anyone on the hill. Dave 06

Skiing at Fernie - If you crave the challenge of powder, steeps and glades, Fernie is the place to go. With an average of 29 feet of snow annually, along with five enormous bowls and an endless number of glades and chutes, even the most advanced snow-slider will never find themselves bored. However, despite Fernie’s claim that 30 percent of the mountain is suitable for beginners, the green terrain is also somewhat challenging. Newer skiers and riders should be very cautious if they are unaccustomed to deep powder conditions. The town of Fernie is not as built up as a typical ski town. However, it is interesting as a historical Canadian town. Lisa Mercer 06

Skiing at Fernie... rocks! Great terrain, excellent snow and good people. This is a must see and do on any serious skier/snowboarders list. The fall lines on some of the runs are absolute perfection. John 05
